概要	TEACHING POINTS Unlike the adult cases, congenital lesions are more common in pediatric neck diseases. If there is no idea for each condition, it would be really hard to make a correct diagnosis. For this reason, we especially need to know the variation of congenital lesions. To understand and organize each diseases, we categorized them into 3 entities as follows; congenital lesions, inflammatory lesions and tumorous lesions. The aim of our presentation is to make visitors get familiar with pediatric neck diseases and clarify those entities. TABLE OF CONTENTS/OUTLINE 1. Congenital lesions branchial anomaly (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th) ectopic thymus thyroglossal duct cyst 2. Inflammatory lesoins lymphadenitis (suppurative, tuberculosis, BCG, Kawasaki disease, Kikuchi disease, Kimura disease) parotitis abscess 3. Tumorous lesions benign (vasular anomalies, fibromatosis coli, teratoma) malignant (malignant lymphoma, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma)
