概要	The combination of preoperative L-FABP and immediate postoperative albumin exhibited superior diagnostic accuracy compared to preoperative L-FABP alone in detecting AKI after TAVI. Moreover, the combination of preoperative L-FABP and 4-hour postoperative clusterin demonstrated high specificity, positive predictive value, and positive likelihood ratio, substantiating its diagnostic validity. The integration of preoperative L-FABP with either immediate postoperative albumin or 4-hour postoperative clusterin significantly enhanced the diagnostic precision for post-TAVI AKI.
